Sit in The Stillness
As you unwind from the holidays before walking into the New Year, take a moment to sit in the stillness. Reflect upon your contributions. What did you like? What did you not like? What did you need to let go of? What do you need to allow to flow through you or to you? What direction do you want to move forward in? What do you envision for yourself? Who is your soul tribe? The people you want to surround yourself with and the ones you want to let go of? What boundaries do you need to hold firm and ones you need to soften? What steps are you taking to move in that direction for it to become your reality?
Remove all self doubt and bring in self confidence. Keep your vibration high by saying an affirmation, a mantra, a practice, or by meditating daily, weekly, or monthly. You choose. Visualize your new life as you walk into 2023! Congratulations to your new inspired self!!
How does this relate to our animal companions? Animals live in the present moment which in turn makes you aware to live in the present and to be very present in life. They have only unconditional love for themselves and others. As you emulate their true nature, the love for yourself grows deeper. You are more conscious of being present and enjoy every moment. Doing the things that you love, being in the vibration that brings you joy and happiness, allows you to live your best life.
